Long live the barbecue!!!

If there is something really good to pass the time with friends or neighbours is a barbecue, everyone likes it. Barbecues are made principally in summertime, but it doesn´t need to be like that. The barbecues can be made in winter, in closed spaces not only in the summertime.

People think that isn´t good to our health because in barbecue the food basicly is meat. This isn´t true, in barbecues vegetables are an option and they are delicious made in this way. The aubergine and courgette are delicious.

Other reason to make barbecues is the simplicity of this method, it´s not necessary a lot of dishes, pans and pots. This will simplify your task when you invite your friends, nobody will need to wash a lot of dishes and pans.

If barbecue is so nice and funny, why not do it more times? This is the question I want to let here to all of you today.
